The 108th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide commemorated in Tehran

On April 24, Arsen Avagyan, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the R. of Armenia in the I.R. of Iran and the diplomatic staff of the Embassy attended the Remembrance Day ceremony and the Armenian Badarak (Liturgy) service performed by Archbishop Sebouh Sarkissian, Prelate of Armenian Diocese of Tehran to mark the 108th anniversary of the Armenian Genocide.

After the church service flower were laid on the Memorial of the Armenian Genocide in the area of the St. Sarkis Church where a protest demonstration was held by Armenian community members.
